8/11/08- Parish Council Meeting in the Parish Conference Room 6 p.m.
8/14/08 Assumption Vigil Mass at St. Pius at 6 p.m.
8/15/08 Assumption Masses at Holy Redeemer 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. No daily mass will be held on that day.
8/24/08 Kickoff Parish Family Reunion- Session begins immediately following the 9 a.m. Mass. We will discuss Church History and it will be presented by Father Shoemaker. Please join us for an entertaining look at this topic. Brunch will be provided.
September 2008
9/27/08- Dothan Deanery Youth Day at Holy Redeemer. We will be hosting this event for the Deanery and be joining in the celebration of life from 10 a.m.- 3p.m. Please bring an unwrapped baby gift to be distributed to mothers and children in need. Call with questions 687-3716.
9/28/08- Parish Family Reunion- Immediately following the 9 a.m. Mass. Topic to be discussed will be Protect Life Issues presented by Father Shoemaker. It will discuss the Church's teaching on end of life issues. Brunch will be provided and no registration is necessary.

11/2/08- Parish Family Reunion- Immediately following the 9 a.m. Mass. Topic to be discussed will be All Souls and Brunch will be provided. No registration is necessary. All are welcome.
Recurring Events
Choir Practice: Practice is on Sunday mornings at 8 a.m. Everyone is welcome!
Food Pantry: Please remember to bring non-perishable items on Sundays. The need is great!!! Items such as beef stew, canned chili, peanut butter, pastas and soups, tuna fish and canned fruit and vegetables are always needed. Also, the pantry is open every Monday from 9:00 a.m. until noon. If you can volunteer to help, please call Julia Wilson at 334-687-8837.
